Stretch at home with Dr Holly Nolan - May 2020

In the last newsletter I had released a routine of stay home stretches that I do on a daily basis :) Since then, I’ve come across Dr Holly Nolan a chiropractor in London who has released a series of stretch video’s on her instagram page that outlines specific stretch routines for different areas of the body.

As with many dental professionals, the main areas we suffer from is upper body pain as stated in my last newsletter “Many years of long hours sitting at the bench”. Dr Holly looked through my routine and gave me some very helpful advice that I incorporated into my routine and already makes a big difference.

Sometimes it’s best leaving it to the experts, as I said to Dr Holly, “You know a lot about the body, I only know about teeth”

Dr Holly Nolan is a Chiropractor, a health care professional who specialises in the neuromuscular skeletal system. She is focused on identifying underlying bio-mechanical, neurological or physiological causes of a complaint. Holly uses a wellness approach, with emphasis on treatment through manual adjustments and realignment of the spine. Holly graduated from the renowned Anglo European College of Chiropractic with a Bachelor in Human Sciences (BSc) and a post-graduate Master of Chiropractic (MSc) in June 2018, is a Licentiate Member of the Royal College of Chiropractors and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

Her passion for fitness blossomed while at university, and in her final clinical years treated Bournemouth’s local Rugby team; which is why she has a particular interest in treating athletes and the weekend warriors. Holly has treated thousands of people of all ages and believes everyone can benefit hugely from chiropractic treatment.
