Tempaplant® 3 in 1, Immediate Loading Temporary Crowns | Bremadent Dental Laboratory in London
'Tempaplant®’ is a new 3-in-1 implant solution exclusive to Bremadent Dental Laboratory for immediate implant temporary crowns. Tempaplant provides accurate implant planning, guided placement, immediate loading and soft tissue management within one appointment for same-day treatment, without the need for healing caps or extra appointments by combining a location jig, surgical drill guide and a temporary crown as one appliance.
The Tempaplant® is used alongside CT scans and is custom made within the parameters of the bone and adjacent teeth which is defined for soft tissue profile, function and aesthetics. The surgical pilot drill hole is centralised within temporary crown in relation to the parameters and the fit surface is modified to accommodate the implant abutment. The occulsal location jig locks the appliance into place during implant planning, placement, temporary crown positioning and in-situ pick up without movement.
Once implant surgery is completed, the location wings are removed and the voids under the temporary crown is filled with acrylic or composite and placed in-situ to shape the soft tissue profile. The temporary crown is then checked for soft tissue management, function and aesthetics.
Tempaplant® comes in a variety of tooth coloured acrylic vita shades and allows for easy chair side modification in either acrylic or composite. It is compatible with key implant systems including Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Dentsply Sirona, Zimmer BIOMET, Bio-Horizons, Ankylos, Bränemark, Megagen, DIO and many others implant systems.
