Terms & Conditions | Bremadent Dental Laboratory in London
All work supplied by Bremadent Premier (Bristol) LTD shall remain its sole property until full payment has been received. The Dental Practice, where the Dentist issuing the prescription is hired is held responsible for payment. Bremadent Premier (Bristol) LTD may hold the prescribing Dentist responsible for full payment at its discretion.
Financial settlement: Statements are sent out to the client on a monthly basis. Terms are strictly net monthly. All accounts must be settled by the 20th of the month on receipt of statement. A late payment interest of 12% is levied on all accounts which are 30 days overdue and 20% per month on 60 days and thereafter. Any discounts negotiated will be settled by the 15th of every month.
Bremadent Premier (Bristol) LTD reserve the right to take legal steps with prior notice if a client fails to settle their account. Any legal fees or other costs required to collect an unpaid balance may be charged to client. Any work in progress will be placed on hold if the account is not settled.
Errors on the account and claims for faulty work or non-delivery must be notified within 14 days of the invoice date, otherwise the account will be deemed to be correct and the amount invoiced will be payable.
Bad impressions: Bremadent Premier (Bristol) LTD produce work directly from the impressions provided to us by the client. We have a right to charge a standard model fee for each impression we receive of inferior quality if no product has been produced. If the prescribing Dentist indicates that we should go ahead with the case after a verbal or written notification of a poor quality impression the full price of the product is due even if the case did not fit the patient. Any remakes of this nature will be charged in full and no guarantee can be given on this product. Bremadent Premier (Bristol) LTD have the right to refuse to work with impressions that have not been disinfected in surgery and have blood / denture adhesive / debris etc present on the impression and will be sent back to the practice.
Warranty & Remakes: All custom made dental appliances manufactured at Bremadent Dental Laboratory carry a full warranty. This warranty is your assurance that quality materials have been used during the manufacturing process in a quality controlled environment. Denture repairs: We may return the denture if we cannot locate the denture or it has been glued together incorrectly. We repair the denture back to it’s original position but cannot guarantee the repair as there is underlining reason why it has broken and is classed a temporary measure as the denture is repaired with new acrylic onto old acrylic which may not have a strong chemical bond as a homogeneous new denture.
Prices: All prices quoted in the price list are for standard work only. Prices given were correct at the time of going to press and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices quoted include carriage from our laboratory to anywhere in the U.K via first class mail. Carriage is charged extra for overseas.
Collection and deliveries: Bremadent Premier (Bristol) LTD offer a free collection & delivery service across Greater London and much of Essex and Hertfordshire. All requests for collections should be before 9.30 am as all of our drivers leave the premises by 9.00 am. Any collection requested after this time cannot be guaranteed for the same day. Deliveries cannot be guaranteed for a certain time, please book patients in a day after delivery date on the prescription docket.
Manufacturing of work: We manufacture implant, digital, crown & bridge, prosthetics and orthodontic dental appliances all in-house in London with the exception of full arch titanium implant bars. All materials are sourced from reputable dental companies within the UK. All dental technicians are GDC registered and receive training via the PTC system which helps to ensure uniform standards of quality and technical precision. All work manufactured is quality controlled with department managers preforming the last inspection before despatch.
Quality control: With all of our cases we manufacture, we measure out powder/ water ratios for casting impressions and vacuum mix, with all of our denture acrylics we measure out powder / monomer ratios and follow strict guidelines on temperatures, working times and cooling down times from manufactures instructions of the materials to maximise the full chemical and mechanical properties of all our cases manufactured. All of the materials supplied are with in date and any reversible materials are disposed off after it’s cycle is complete.
All of the impression is cast upon the same day of arrival, after casting the work is checked and signed in. The completed case is signed off by the technician and quality controlled by the department manager before leaving the premises to ensure the parameters (contacts, margin), extension, retention, stability, support & path of insertion are correct. The aesthetics, tooth positioning, occulsion & shade is checked against the RX instructions and notation provided.
Laboratory dockets: Laboratory prescription dockets and freepost labels are supplied on request with downloadable dockets available online at www.bremadent.co.uk/downloads . A quotation service is available for all work. Technical advice is given for all dental restorations including precision attachments, reconstructions and implant cases. Please supply study models and any other relevant information for this service.
