We offer an all on X implant immediate loading chairside to delayed implant loading dentures. The immediate loading services allows Dentists to remove non restorable teeth and immediate place an implant and load the implant with a fixed temporary full arch denture / bridge on the same day of implant placement without a delayed approach.
Our prosthetics department is run by our Clinical Dental Technician Kash Qureshi who also runs the Swissedent Denture Clinic to treat patients for dentures. Kash has an understanding of the clinical and technical aspect of prosthetics by dealing with over 400+ denture related cases weekly and can communicate jargon free clinical support throughout.
All on 4/6 immediate implant loading dentures allows the dentist to place and position implants in accordance with the parameters determined by the patient e.g interocclusal space, bone level, tissue support, occlusion and realistic aesthetics that can be achieved by creating a prosthetic prior to implant placement. Once we have successfully created the prosthetic within the set boundaries, an exact copy of the prosthetic is made for a surgical guide for placing the implants, the prosthetic can then be immediately loaded on the same day as implant placement which is usually 4 or 6 implants placed.
How it starts:
We pre-manufacture an implant immediate loading full arch in acrylic within the patients parameters as prosthetic stages (primary/secondary imps, bite, tryin) to accommodate implant placement. Acrylic is used for it’s mechanical/chemical properties and for easy chair side adjustment and modification. The pre-manufactured full arch is replicated and we manufacture an All on 4 surgical guide in order to facilitate implant placement and positioning within the same set parameters as the full arch.
Chair side, how it works:
Diagnosis, assessment and treatment planning is preformed with CT scans to determine bone density, level and suitability. Once verified, teeth are extracted and the all on 4 surgical guide is utilised for implants to be placed (4 or 6) within the parameters of the pre-manufactured full arch and the CT scans assessment of the bone.
The implant abutments are then verified for the correct positioning and angulation within the parameters of the surgical guide. Once placed and verified, Bremadent then converts the pre-manufactured full arch into a fixed implant full arch, chair side on the same appointment within the same day.
The pre-manufactured stages of implant imediate loading create the parameters for successful implant assessment, placement and the prosthesis within the same day.
We are familiar with key implant systems including Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Dentsply Sirona, Zimmer BIOMET, Bio-Horizons, Ankylos, ETK, Bränemark, Megagen, DIO and CAM LOG with experience in many others implant systems.
