Collection & Delivery Service

Our dental laboratory operates a free local collection & delivery service across London (Central, north, south, west and east), Essex and Hertfordshire by car and TFL (Transport for London). Clients outside of the areas marked on the map are serviced via our Royal Mail business account or a courier service business account.

How to use the portal:

Follow these simple steps to use our Track24 service:

• Package your items into a box that does not exceed the size and weight given by Royal Mail
• Go to the portal, enter your practice details including email address
• Enter your address and select address
• Tick your item does not exceed the maximum weight and size,
• Click create a label
• Click 'Book a collection' or print return label (quickest option)
• Book a collection means Royal Mail will collect from your practice with a label
• Drop off at the post office (quickest option) means you'll need to print the label and take it directly to the post office. You do not need to wait in line and can take it straight to the hatch as label has been pre-paid and automated
• Once collected, the package is tracked with a unique code and sent directly to the laboratory within 24 hours
  
  

Please note, this service may be disrupted due to Royal Mail Communication Workers Union (CWU) strikes. The Royal Mail service updates state that Tracked 24 deliveries, special deliveries and the Next Day Delivery service, will be given priority, but this isn't guaranteed.

Arranging Collections
All requests for collections should be before 9.30 am as all of our drivers leave the premises by 9.00 am. Any collection requested after this time cannot be guaranteed for the same day. Deliveries cannot be guaranteed for a certain time, please book patients in a day after delivery date on the prescription docket.

Working Times

Working days are the days spent within the laboratory, please do not include collection & delivery, weekends or bank holidays within the working times. First working day is the next working day after collection.
