Minimal, Non - Prep Veneers| Bremadent Dental Laboratory in London
What is Vita Enamic
Vita Enamic® is a CAD/CAM milled hybrid material, it’s 86% ceramic and 14% composite polymer. The elasticity properties of Vita enamic allows CAD/CAM to mill down to 0.2mm, which can often mean, minimal to no prep is needed for a successful, aesthetic, functional and long lasting restoration with the accuracy of CAD/CAM to ensure this.
The only hybrid dental ceramic in the world with a dual network structure, Vita Enamic® suits minimally invasive restorations. It is a great choice for posterior restorations, reconstructions of minor defects (e.g. cervical veneers) and reconstructions in cases where limited space is available. Impressions or digital scans accepted.
Technical Features:
Vita Enamic® is designed and milled via our in-house CAD software and CAM milling machine and provides a flexural strength of 150 – 160 Mpa, static fracture load of 2,766 (98), hardness of 2.5 Gpa , fracture toughness of 1.5 Mpa and is biocompatible.
Clinical Features:
Vita Enamic®is a bio-compatible material and is used for minimally invasive restorations, minimal to non-prep veneers, inlays / onlays, posterior crowns, implant supported crowns. Etch with hydrofluoric acid and cement with adhesive RelyX or Variolink.
