Cross infection control policy update

At Bremadent Dental Laboratory we have updated our cross infection policy which is available here: Cross infection control policy in preparation for when we re open.

This shows our commitment as a dental laboratory to help minimize the risk of potential of spreading infections.

A summary of the main changes to cross infection control policy :

Social distancing 2 meter (6ft) in all departments
Hand hygiene – sanitizing stations, hand washing
Disinfection procedure of incoming work by using the immersion method
Steam cleaning of outgoing work, work trays and delivery baskets
Disinfection of the entire laboratory premises, all surfaces areas with a chemical fogger and antiviral solution
New PPE stock and PPE requirements for dental technicians, drivers, administration and cleaning staff
General cleaning protocols of work benches, machinery etc
