    Terms and Conditions: 

    The promoter is Bremadent Premier (Bristol) Ltd, trading as Bremadent Dental Laboratory, 25a St James Street, London E17 7PJ. This free prize draw is open to GDC-registered dentists aged 18 or over who are currently practising at a UK dental practice. It is not open to patients, members of the public, Bremadent employees, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Existing and new Bremadent clients may enter. No purchase is necessary. To enter, complete the official online form by 11:59pm on 31 July 2026. Only one entry is permitted per dentist; duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or ineligible entries will be excluded. There will be one winner, selected at random from all eligible entries under appropriate independent supervision. The winner will be contacted using the details provided and announced on 3 August 2026. The winner must respond and provide any requested eligibility information within seven days, otherwise another eligible winner may be selected. The prize consists of five single-unit implant restorations: one restoration worth up to £200 during each of five consecutive 12-month prize periods, providing a total maximum laboratory value of £1,000. The prize periods will run from 3 August to 2 August each year, beginning on 3 August 2026 and ending on 2 August 2031. Only one restoration may be redeemed during each 12-month period. Unused annual restorations will expire and cannot be carried forward, combined or redeemed retrospectively. The prize covers the Bremadent laboratory fee for an eligible single-unit implant restoration only. The dentist must supply all necessary genuine and compatible implant components, together with suitable clinical records, impressions or digital scans and prescribing information. Implant components, clinical treatment and any work exceeding the £200 annual allowance are not included and will be quoted separately. Each case must be clinically and technically suitable for manufacture. If a case is unsuitable, the winner may submit another suitable case within the same prize period. Bremadent works with a wide range of implant systems, including Osstem; the full current list is available at bremadent.co.uk. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged, has no cash alternative and cannot be combined with another discount, credit or promotional offer. Bremadent may announce the winner’s name and dental practice through its website, social media and marketing channels, subject to applicable privacy requirements. Personal information will be used to administer the draw, verify eligibility and contact the winner in accordance with Bremadent’s privacy policy and UK data-protection law. Entry does not automatically provide consent to receive marketing communications; any marketing consent will be requested separately. By entering, applicants confirm that they accept these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
