Bremadent Clinic offers a flexible clinical denture service for busy practices that want predictable results without giving up valuable chairtime. You can send patients to our in house clinic, or we can come directly to your practice and carry out the essential denture stages for you. Primary impressions, secondary impressions, bite registrations and try ins are performed clinically by us, then the work is taken straight back to the lab for the next technical stage. Your patient always remains your patient, while you gain time to focus on higher value dentistry such as implants, cosmetic treatments and Invisalign cases.
Most dental practices book us for the three main clinical stages, primary, secondary and bite. Each stage is separate, takes around 30 minutes, and includes full clinical notes for your records. It is a controlled, predictable and accountable workflow that improves consistency, reduces remakes and removes the risk of rushed or compromised stages.
How the Process Works
Flexible, Time Saving and Practice Focused
This service gives you the best of both worlds. You can send the patient to us and keep your surgery free, or we can come to you and integrate smoothly into your daily workflow. Each stage is booked by appointment and billed individually, with the clinical stage fees added to your final denture invoice. We cover London, Essex and Hertfordshire. If you need us outside these areas, a logistics surcharge applies for mileage and travel time.
Full Implant Clinical Support
We also provide clinical stages for chairside implant procedures. This includes All on X immediate and delayed loading cases, locator or other implant retained overdenture pick ups, and clinical fit checks to reduce complications throughout treatment. We perform the clinical stages at your practice with our implant tool kit (we bring our laboratory equipment to your practice and set up in work space area).
Led by an Experienced Clinical Dental Technician
All clinical stages are carried out or overseen by Kash Qureshi, Clinical Dental Technician, Managing Director of Bremadent Dental Laboratory and Swissedent Denture Clinic. Kash has 19 years of technical experience, 10 years clinical experience and oversees more than 3,000 prosthetic and implant cases every month. Recognised as one of the Leading 20 in the Dental Laboratory Industry for 2024 and 2025, he is known for his precision, practical problem solving and friendly sense of humour that keeps appointments relaxed for both dentists and patients.

How it works?
- The dentist requires Bremadent Clinic to preform a clinical denture stage e.g A bite registrations or secondary impression
- The practice books an appointment with our dental laboratory
- We treat the patient for the necessary stage
- We then preform the necessary laboratory stage
- We send back the case with the completed stages for the dentist to preform the next stage.
