We manufacture the provisional full arch before surgery, allowing implant placement to follow predetermined restorative parameters including vertical dimension, occlusion, tissue support and aesthetics. The provisional prosthesis is then converted chairside into a fixed immediate restoration once implant stability and positioning have been confirmed.

Without planning, same-day loading becomes stressful. With planning, it becomes controlled. There is a huge difference.
