Christmas Closure Update and Looking Ahead to 2026

As the year draws to a close and the mince pies start appearing in every staff room, we wanted to take a moment to update you, our valued dentists, practices, and dental teams, on our Christmas opening hours and share what is coming next at Bremadent Dental Laboratory. It has been another busy year in UK dentistry, and as always, we are grateful to be working alongside so many dedicated clinicians who put patient care first.

Bremadent Dental Laboratory will be closing for Christmas on Tuesday 23rd December and reopening on Monday 5th January. This short break allows our team to recharge, spend time with family, and come back ready to support you with the same consistency, precision, and reliability you expect from us. We recommend planning cases accordingly, especially for urgent or end of year work, and our team will of course help you manage deadlines wherever possible.

One of the ways we continue to add value for our private clients is by including complimentary 3D prints on all private cases. This supports better communication, clearer planning, and more predictable results for both clinician and patient.

In addition, we offer free shade taking for crown and bridge and implant cases. Accurate shade matching is essential for natural aesthetics, and by handling this in house, we remove one more variable from the process. Your patients benefit from improved outcomes, and your team saves valuable chairside time.

We will be introducing our 2026 price list from January, and as always, our approach is simple and transparent. Pricing reflects the rising costs across the industry, including materials, technology, compliance, and skilled labour, while remaining competitive and fair for UK dental practices.
