As the year draws to a close and the mince pies start appearing in every staff room, we wanted to take a moment to update you, our valued dentists, practices, and dental teams, on our Christmas opening hours and share what is coming next at Bremadent Dental Laboratory. It has been another busy year in UK dentistry, and as always, we are grateful to be working alongside so many dedicated clinicians who put patient care first.
Bremadent Dental Laboratory will be closing for Christmas on Tuesday 23rd December and reopening on Monday 5th January. This short break allows our team to recharge, spend time with family, and come back ready to support you with the same consistency, precision, and reliability you expect from us. We recommend planning cases accordingly, especially for urgent or end of year work, and our team will of course help you manage deadlines wherever possible.

As a dental laboratory, we see hundreds of relines and additions every year. Some are absolute textbook cases and a joy to process. Others, let’s be honest, arrive with a level of mystery that would challenge even the most optimistic technician. The difference between those two outcomes nearly always comes down to one thing: the quality and accuracy of the clinical impression.
At Bremadent Dental Laboratory, we created a clear, practical clinical guide for relines and additions to help dentists and dental teams achieve predictable, reliable results first time. This blog is built directly from that guide and expands on the reasoning behind it, the common pitfalls we see, and how a few small changes chairside can save time, frustration, and remakes for everyone involved This is not about telling clinicians how to do their job. It is about sharing what we see daily at the bench and helping bridge the gap between surgery and laboratory so patients get the outcome they deserve. At Bremadent Dental Laboratory we love zirconia. It is strong, aesthetic, biocompatible, and when used correctly it delivers beautiful long term results. Yet one of the most common conversations we have with dentists is not about how good zirconia looks, but why zirconia custom made abutments sometimes fail in the mouth.
This blog is written for dentists, practice owners, associates, nurses, and the wider dental team. It is honest, practical, and based on real world laboratory and clinical experience, supported by published research. There is a bit of humour too, because if you have ever had an implant complication land on your desk at 4.55 pm on a Friday, you know laughter is sometimes essential. At Bremadent Dental Laboratory, we believe in transparency, innovation and giving our clients real value. That is why our new 2025 and 2026 prices have been set competitively using advanced AI supported market analysis to ensure they reflect industry trends, rising material costs and practice needs across London and the UK. Think of it as a smarter, fairer way to price high quality lab work with none of the guesswork and a lot less caffeine than you might expect.
Our goal is simple. To keep delivering the precision, consistency and craftsmanship you rely on, while ensuring your practice benefits from predictable, realistic fees that help with treatment planning, profitability and patient satisfaction. This blog walks you through our updated pricing approach and gives you a friendly tour of the services and departments that make Bremadent a trusted partner for thousands of clinicians. |
