1. If remedial work is required at any stage during the guarantee period, the patient must have this carried out by the original dentist who prescribed the appliance at the practice named.

2. The Guarantee can only be transferred to other dentists within the practice named and not to any other dentist at any other address.

3. The replacement will be provided to the dentist at no charge.

4. The guarantee does not cover dentists fees or any defect due to incorrect prescription or fitting, or consequential losses or expenses of any kind whatsoever.

5. The remedial work must be carried out by Bremadent Ltd otherwise the Guarantee is invalid.

6. Guarantee covers normal use only and does not cover damage due to sports, motor accidents or any other extraneous forces.

Prosthetics

We guarantee for a period of five years from the date of fit our complete or partial dentures subject to the conditions below:

1. The patient must attend a six month post fitting appointment and thereafter, annual appointments with the dentist.

2. If remedial work is required at any stage during the guarantee period, the patient must have this carried out by the original dentist who prescribed the appliance at the practice named.

3. The guarantee can only be transferred to other dentists within the practice named and not to any other dentist at any other address.

4. The patient must agree to have any other remedial work carried out as recommended by the dentist named in the guarantee. The replacement will be provided to the dentist at no charge.

5. The guarantee does not cover dentists fees or any defect due to incorrect prescription or fitting, or consequential losses or expenses of any kind whatsoever. The remedial work must be carried out by Bremadent Ltd.

6. Guarantee covers normal use only and does not cover damage due to cleaning, sports, motor accidents or any other extraneous forces.

7. Patients with unusual or rare dental conditions which may affect the life span of this appliance are not covered by the guarantee.

8. Only proprietary dental cleaner recommended by the dentist can be used to clean the appliance. Nonprofessional third party involvement in fitting or cleaning, due to the patients age or infirmity renders this guarantee invalid.
