The New Lithium disilicate framework ceramic and the apatite layering ceramic materials allow us to create crowns and bridges with optimum optical properties resulting in restorations very close to natural teeth. One of the most important factors that enables us to achieve this is the materials ability to transmit light and the results using Empress 2 can be clearly seen:

The benefits of this new system mean that not only will your restorations look natural but they will also be very strong.

The new framework ceramic increases flexural strength by 2-3 times which compares extremely well to that of natural teeth.

What's more, with Bremadent this system won't cost you any more than a conventional Empress restoration (see our current price list for details).

Procera AllCeram

Revolutionary metal free ceramic system suitable for crown and bridge work in all areas of the mouth.

Procera utilizes a ground breaking process in which Bremadent produce an ultra precise three-dimensional scan of your preparation and design the framework on computer. We then transmit this to Nobel Biocare in Sweden who produce the framework via an industrial process. The result is a combination of unparalleled strength and optimal fit which would be impossible to achieve in a traditional laboratory environment.

Nobel Biocare give a 5 year guarantee on Procera AllCeram copings (matched by our own Bremadent Premier 5 year Guarantee on the whole structure).

The versatility of Procera also makes it highly suitable for implants.

Procera AllCeram Laminate

Following the success of Procera AllCeram Crown and Bridge, the opportunity to make veneers is now offered, Procera AllCeram Laminate.

The laminate is produced from the same well-proven material as AllCeram Crown and Bridge. The thickness of the core is 0.25mm which is veneered with porcelain, finishing with a thickness of approximately 0.5-0.7mm.

The strength of the laminate enables a try-in to evaluate any mismatch in surface or porcelain contour and can then be adjusted if necessary, without any change in colour, due to the layering technique used.

Because Procera Laminate has the same inner surface as AllCeram crowns, it is suitable for bonding without etching. In various studies, it has been proven that different bonding materials have more than adequate adherence to the rough surface of the aluminum oxide.

The importance of staining the bonding material has also been greatly reduced as the laminate is translucent, not transparent, and masks discoloration in underlying teeth.
